On the first day of the course, a check-test will be done to ensure the level of knowledge of the language. Students must present themselves in school at 09.00 The test will be repeated every 2 weeks during the course. |

Lessons last 50 minutes. |

The school has the right to cancel a course if it does not reach a minimum of 3 participants. |

Under-age students ( less than 18 years old) should be accompanied by an adult. |

The school has the right to change the time schedule of the lessons. |

Students that decide not to continue the course or do not show up to the lessons without a valid medical certificate, loose their right of reimbursement or to make up for the lost time. |

Lessons will not be held on National holidays and will not be considered as recoverable. (see list) |

Students are responsible of the correct maintenance and use of all school material and equipment. |

The cancellation of the course can be done 15 days prior of the date it starts, with full reimbursement of the deposit (fee). If you cancel 7 days before the beginning of the course, a 50% of the fee will be retained. Cancellations within 7 days of the beginning of the course will have no reimbursement. In case you do not obtain the visa ( if requested by Italian authorities), full reimbursement will apply. |

The payment for the registration to the course that corresponds to 25% of the total amount + 50 Euro registration fee, should be done by bank transfer. The outstanding amount should be paid on the day of arrival. |

Any Bank expenses must be paid by the student. |

Any legal dispute will take part under the laws of the Italian government in particular, under Terni's Court. |

Regarding the accommodation, the school reserves the right to replace the chosen accommodation with another one of the same category and characteristics, should it not be available. |
