STANDARD + "ITALIAN CUISINE" COURSE

Who is in love with Italy, is in love with Italian Cuisine.

Our course is addressed to students that wish to combine business with pleasure. The course foresees a trip thru Umbria's cuisine, written material and information on the products used by Italian cooks, recipes of main Italian dishes, etc. We will visit restaurants, Trattorie, Pizzerie and the typical "agriturismo" (holiday farms).

"Cuisine" Course will be held in the afternoons, 3 times a week. Participants can ask to make a free stage of 1 or 2 weeks at a restaurant or holiday farm. During the stage, lodging must be paid directly by the student. Quotations on request.
