"Standard + italian cinema" course

The course intends to make evident, thru a guided visit of an anthology of sequences taken from the history of Italian Cinema, the language and cultural changes that have taken place following various genres and authors.

The main aim of this course is to identify a series of moments and films that due to their characteristics, reveal the mentality of Italian people.

Beyond the stylistic aspect of each film, the teacher will ask the participants to pay attention to the evolution and differences of the language which is often characterized by the different Italian regions. Cinema represents history and the reality of a country.
